Twelve words are hidden in a thirteen-by-thirteen grid: REINDEER, SNOWMAN, STOCKING, ORNAMENT, CHIMNEY, SLEIGH, TINSEL, WREATH, CAROL, HOLLY, ANGEL and SANTA. They run in all eight directions — across, back, down, up and both diagonals — and share letters wherever the layout allows, which is what keeps a grid this size properly challenging rather than a two-minute scan.

Claim a word by pressing on its first letter and dragging to its last. Mouse, trackpad and touchscreen all behave identically, and the trail highlights as you drag so you can see the exact path before committing.
